OMNIDIRECTIONAL ANTENNA

Application:

The TVBR9 aerial can be used in small systems with 1 or 2 outlets or in large Elcon Common Aerial System.

Description:

The TVBR9 is an omni-directional aerial for TV and FM (40-860 MHz.).

The total frequency range is split up in a number of bands. Each covered by an aerial element.

The amplifier has a low-noise factor and an unusual high undistorted output voltage ( 109 dBuV at 60 dB cross-modulation, 3 carrier method B ) securing not only distance reception but also distortion-free operation in ports with numerous powerful transmitters.

The amplifier is protected against static charge and powered via the coaxial cable.

To ensure a high mechanical stability and to withstand the rough weather at sea, the antenna has been constructed in a round shell of fiberglass and armed polyester, which has been filled up with polyurethane foam. This makes the antenna especially suitable for marine purpose.
